Time-Consuming: Manual item code referencing made order entry slow, especially for large catalogs.
High Error Risk: Frequent mis-selections due to similar item codes caused inaccuracies in orders.
Poor User Experience: The process was not intuitive for end-users, especially new hires.

We designed and deployed a custom Oracle Fusion extension with an attribute-based search mechanism tailored for perishable goods.
