The client is a technology leader with global finance and pricing operations, responsible for executing and managing live price changes across multiple business units. Frequent updates, tight deadlines, and strict compliance requirements made price change execution highly complex. A small team managed these tasks manually, which created inefficiencies and operational risks.

The Challenges

The Live Price Change (LPC) process was heavily manual, requiring teams to process large volumes of pricing data across multiple systems. The challenges included:
