Having led large-scale IT initiatives across FMCG, Telecom, Energy, and Government sectors, along with 14+ years of onsite consulting experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, He is known for driving operational excellence, building strong business partnerships, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
Prior to joining Elfonze, Ranjeet served as Head of IT at IFFCO Group, where he led large-scale ERP programmes across Oracle and SAP space, driving application adoption, service delivery, and technology transformation initiatives.
As COO – MEA, Ranjeet Singh will be responsible for managing regional P&L operations, driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, strengthening operational capabilities, and leading transformation initiatives across the Middle East & Africa region.
