The client is a U.S.-based global manufacturing leader in office and technology accessories, with 17 subsidiaries worldwide across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. With a diverse workforce and complex HR processes, the company embarked on a strategic HR transformation to modernize operations and enhance employee experience by implementing Oracle HCM Redwood.
