The client is a global leader in event technology and management, operating across the United States, Canada and Mexico. With over 4,000 warehouse locations and thousands of mobile assets including lighting, audiovisual equipment, staging, and logistics tools, the client needed a platform capable of supporting real-time asset flows.
The high-paced, project-driven nature of event management meant that conventional inventory systems were unable to keep up with the constant movement of assets between warehouses, venues, and customer sites.
