The Elfonze Leadership Meet was held on 14-15 February 2025 at a pleasant offsite near Kanakapura, off Bengaluru. It was a dynamic convergence of minds from our global offices across the US, Dubai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Chennai and Bengaluru. It was a day and a half of deep-dive sessions, with the leaders delving into critical discussions shaping the future, ranging from business growth strategies, innovative ideas, ERP evolution, AI-led manufacturing, and redefining supply chain solutions for the overall growth and development of the ecosystem.
The team held initiative-taking discussions on cloud migration (IaaS/PaaS), Oracle Cloud integrations. REDWOOD/APEX and OIC, Inbuilt AI, expertise to offer Oracle Redwood migration and bespoke solutions, moving HCM to Redwood, migrating SAAS to Redwood, SCM, CX, ERP and extending Oracle Cloud applications.
The meeting emphasized captivating presentations from key leaders and included one insightful session from an industry expert who addressed cross-vertical challenges, brainstorming with the leaders and connected the need for India’s AI VISION. Elfonze to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Manufacturing and Planning, with various structured models for AI-based innovation. Positive talks on developing Smart Factory Solutions, addressing ERP gaps and utilizing affordable GPU-powered innovations in a limited timeline. Strategic initiatives involved incubating startups, refining the Managed Services model and expanding the Warehouse Management and Connected Supply Chain business in the Middle East.
The creative caps were on with a healthy debate on the importance of branding, staffing innovation, stakeholder engagement and case studies. Leadership development sessions focused on team dynamics, quick decision-making and overcoming procrastination using the PAC model. The event concluded with a spirited game of cricket, symbolizing teamwork and setting the tone for an ambitious year ahead.
